Let Them Eat Cake

Inspired by our new set of vintage shop scales (a new addition to the Nostalgia Exchange) and our vintage rolling pin complete with charming red handles, I decided to do a spot of baking at the crack of dawn this morning before heading off to work. It was all in the name of Macmillan Cancer care and a coffee morning we are holding tomorrow in Shoreditch to raise money for this great cause, but I thought it was a great opportunity to try out these vintage kitchen beauties, and I can assure you they are in perfect working order and definitely make for a lovely cooking experience.

If we can tempt you with the coffee morning all the details can be found here and if you are at all tempted by the beautiful scales or rolling pin to spice up your baking experience, you may be happy to know they are for sale.
